What began in 1965 as Pacific Rock and Concrete Design Ltd., founded by the late Dan Sheremata, earned a reputation across the Lower Mainland for hundreds of stamped and specialized concrete projects.
Steve Montgomery came up through that crew as its lead, learning the trade under Dan's exacting standards. In 2024 he established S&K Concrete Ltd. to carry that legacy forward — the same quality, the same attention to detail, the same refusal to cut a corner.
Today we serve homeowners and businesses across the Fraser Valley & Greater Vancouver, as a single-source team that handles everything from demolition and excavation to the final decorative finish.
